EEMUA announces its
"Way Forward
" programme

A number of changes will be taking place within EEMUA this year, to be known collectively as the "Way Forward programme" for the Association. These changes are designed to strengthen the Association and to enhance its range of products and services.

The programme covers three areas: membership, organisation, and secretariat support. In particular, the planned changes in EEMUA secretariat should lead to:
•Increased capability for information collection, analysis and dissemination
• Greater ability to influence the way regulations are interpreted and applied
• More capacity to carry out project work
• Higher potential to attract and retain Members.

These changes were instigated by EEMUA Council, the main governing body of the Association, at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 14 April 2005.
In September 2005, EEMUA´s new Engineering Manager was appointed.
